We are now offering Accurx Patient Triage to all registered patients for non-urgent medical and admin queries. Please click the “submit a new request” link above, complete the form and submit. This will then be passed onto the appropriate staff member who will reply within 4 working days with advice.
We recently decided to trial self-book accurx messages. We are mainly using this for routine blood tests if you are on certain medications, and for smear tests that are due. If you are due for these then you will receive a text message which will allow you to book into a specified slot. This will hopefully help decrease the incoming phone calls.
We will also be using this for the flu clinics in September. As of 31st July 2023, 85 smear tests have been booked this way.
This is NOT to be used for urgent queries or acute problems such as chest infections etc. Please ensure you use your OWN Mobile number.
