Our Patient Participation Group is an opportunity for our patients to express their views about the practice and the way that it is run. Meetings are usually held every three months between the hours of 12.30pm and 2.30pm.
The meetings are a great chance for you to give your opinions about our practice and the services on offer and all is discussed confidentially.
If these meetings are something you would be interested in joining then please contact us on 0203 770 6071 and discuss with Marion Gower, our Practice Manager.
We are always happy to welcome new members. We have posters advertising the group in the reception waiting area, on the calling board and we have advertised in local pharmacies. We have also texted all patients of retirement age to try and seek new members.
If you wish to participate please contact the Practice or complete the online form by clicking on the button shown below
OR: if you prefer, you can download the sign-up form below, print it out, fill it in, and post it to the Practice, put it through the letterbox, or hand it to a Receptionist.
